“I had an old PC that had stopped working and a laptop that had an error coming up. I contacted Graham and he was more than happy to help me. The PC, unfortunately due to its age was not able to be repaired but Graham transferred all the contents on to a USB stick for me so that I did not lose any data. The Toshiba was repaired with all the files again transferred to a USB stick as back-up and it works perfectly now. I highly recommend Graham and Tom at Gray IT, the service is excellence and they are always so helpful and answer any query so that it is easily understood.
